Summary
Alternative Provision SEND Coach (Equine Focus) - 4 days per week from January 2026.
£27,200 - £32,000 pro rata DOE | ⏰ Term-time option available if preferred.
Progressive Strides, based at Thurleigh Equestrian Centre, in Thurleigh Bedford. We are looking for a qualified SEND teacher/coach with equine care experience to join our innovative team from January 2026.
We deliver equine led alternative provision for young people aged 12-25 with SEND and SEMH needs, using equine-assisted learning and practical life skills.
You will need:

QTS or equivalent, with SEND teaching experience.
