The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of behavioural management techniques. Key responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with behavioural difficulties
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement behaviour support plans
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on behaviour management strategies
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals as required
