Contract: Full TimeSalary: £33,000 per annum plus gratuities and service charge

As a Senior Chef de Partie your main responsibility will be to ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards for our guests whilst developing the skills of the team and assisting in staff development.

- Acting as a mentor to all colleagues.
