Who are you?
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated ECT Teacher. This role requires someone with a strong commitment to education and a proven track record of success.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)- Preferred
- At least 6 months of experience working in UK schools as an ECT Teacher
- Full eligibility to work in the UK
- Experience with SEN children (desirable)
- Willing to work in Day to Day or Supply teaching is also preferred
What will you be doing?
As an ECT Teacher, your day-to-day tasks will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues. You will be working with a supportive team of educators, and you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills. A typical day for you as an ECT Teacher might involve:
- Planning and preparing engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Delivering interactive lessons to students, ensuring individual needs are met
- Assessing student progress through various methods, providing constructive feedback
- Participating in school events and parent-teacher meetings
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
- Competitive pay: up to £95 per day
- Referral bonus: Earn £300 for recommending a friend (terms apply)
- Ongoing support: Receive personalised guidance from a dedicated consultant
