Summary
Blue Arrow is urgently recruiting for A Gatehouse Operator to join our clients team based in the Baglan area.
Our client is a global manufacturing leader in their industry and is offering great progression opportunities to grow with the company.
Contract: Permanent
Rate of pay: £12.93ph (£25,214p.a)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30 daily
Our client is looking for a confident and reliable gatehouse Operator to manage the day-to-day control of site access and support logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have good IT skills, be organised, and comfortable interacting with drivers and visitors in a professional manner.
Key Duties:
- Booking in and out visitors
- Receiving of small parcel deliveries
- Weighing trucks in and out
- Booking in and out transport hauliers using SAP and Transporeon
- Completing and checking delivery and transport paperwork
- Monitoring site security cameras
- General administration duties including filing and record keeping
