Summary

Position: ALO Coordinator
Location: Cumbria
Pay: £25/hour PAYE direct (Monday-Friday) | £37.50/hour PAYE direct (Weekends)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 (12 hours paid per shift)

We are seeking an experienced ALO Coordinator to join our team in Cumbria. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe planning and delivery of works in proximity to the railway.

Requirements:

  • Current Sentinel ALO Competency

  • Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety)

  • Proven experience in rail projects and ALO coordination

  • Strong knowledge of rail safety procedures and regulations

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Role Overview:

  • Coordinate and manage ALO activities on site

  • Liaise with site teams to ensure compliance with safety standards

  • Monitor and control access to operational railway environments

  • Maintain accurate safety records and documentation

What We Offer:

  • £25/hour PAYE direct (Monday-Friday)

  • £37.50/hour PAYE direct (Weekends)

  • Monday-Friday daytime shifts
