Summary
Morgan Hunt are recruiting 18th Edition Electricians for long term temp work in the Midlothian area. You will be working with a large social housing organisation and you should be capable of carrying out EICRs on domestic properties, having the relevant testing & inspection qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upgrade electrical outlets and fixtures quickly and in compliance with safety standards
- Perform kitchen and bathroom electrical upgrades
- Install fire alarms in domestic properties
- Conduct reactive electrical maintenance in homes across Edinburgh and Midlothian
- Replace outdated wiring and upgrade household electrical systems
- Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) where required
- Work as part of a reactive maintenance team when necessary
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety standards and building regulations
- Collaborate with other trades during renovations and construction projects
£24ph 37 hours per week
