Summary
MadiganGill are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor in South Wales starting ASAP.
Day Rate: £360-£410 per day dependant upon experience. Payment options Include CIS or Limited Company outside of IR35 if desired
Due to the nature of the role you must have experience in a Civils/Groundworks background and experience managing cashflows.
Expected duties will consist of the below:-
- Managing cashflows
- Liaising with the client to identify their needs.
- Preparing tender and contract documents.
- Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards.
- Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour and helping site to stay within their budgets.
- Submitting regular budget reports.
