Are you an experienced Support Worker looking to make a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for a compassionate, fun, and calm individual to join our dedicated team in Bournemouth.
About the Role:
You'll be supporting adults with a range of complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives both at home and out in the community. Every day will be different - whether it's helping someone get ready for the day, joining them on a trip out, or simply being there when they need support.
Duties include:
✅ Supporting with everyday tasks and routines
✅ Personal care and hygiene
✅ Administering medication (training can be provided if needed)
✅ Using wheelchairs and mobility aids safely
✅ Accompanying on community outings and activities
✅ Providing emotional reassurance and companionship
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has previous experience in a similar support role
✔ Is calm under pressure and naturally caring
✔ Can bring a sense of fun, positivity, and patience to the role
✔ Is reliable, flexible, and a great team player
✔ Holds the right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
