Summary
Cover Supervisors are responsible for supervising classes in secondary schools when the usual teacher is absent. This involves managing student behaviour, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment, and implementing pre-prepared lesson plans.
Requirements
UK school experience and the right to work in the UK are essential.
ExperienceExperience working in a UK secondary school environment is required.
SkillsExcellent classroom management skills, strong communication skills, ability to follow instructions and implement pre-prepared lesson plans, patience and understanding.
