Labourer

Port Talbot | CSCS & CCNSG Cards required | £13.50 - £18 per hour | Immediate starts available |

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a safety-conscious and reliable individuals with a valid CSCS & CCNSG Safety Passport to work with our clinet on a large project in Port Talbot. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily site operations while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate in compliance with all site safety procedures and legal requirements.
  • Carry out assigned tasks including general laboring, equipment handling, and/or assisting skilled trades.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Attend and contribute to site briefings and toolbox talks.
  • Report any unsafe practices or incidents immediately to supervisors.
  • Assist with setup and demobilization of site activities.
Requirements:
  • Valid CCNSG Safety Passport (Mandatory).
  • Valid CSCS Card (Mandatory).
  • Asbestos Awareness Certificate (can help with this).
  • Previous experience on industrial or construction sites preferred.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and reliability.
  • Additional tickets (e.g., IPAF are an advantage.
