Summary
Maintenance Operative
Student Accommodation
Lincoln
£30,000 - £35,000
ASAP start (ideally from 18/08/2025)
400 beds in total across large student accommodation blocks and smaller houses.
Full-time position- 40 hours per week, 8-5 with hour unpaid breaks
24 hour on call rota covered between 2 MO's (major emergencies only)
Permanent position
Multiskilled Maintenance: Joinery, Plastering, Plumbing, Painting, Electrics etc.
Will include compliance checks and PPM's as well as reactive repairs, planned refurb works and general caretaker duties.
Do have a company van provided to use during work hours.
