We are seeking professionals who are passionate about making a significant difference in the lives of others while embodying these core values.
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic support worker to provide compassionate, person-centered care to a young autistic man. Living independently, he values close family connections and shares his home with a rescue dog who’s very much part of the team.
While this role may be more suited to male applicants, we welcome applications from all individuals who understand how to positively support someone with an autism diagnosis. This is a real opportunity to make a huge difference, becoming part of someone’s life in a positive and meaningful way.

Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain high standards of care.
Commit to building trust and long-term consistency in the role.
Qualifications and Experience:
Preferred NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 2 acceptable).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar healthcare settings and experience in support with complex needs, challenging behavious and autism.
Business Car Insurance would be advantageous.
Full UK driving license would be advantageous.
Capability to perform the physical aspects of the role, including sustained activity and movement.
Ideally suited to individuals who maintain a smoke-free lifestyle.
Candidate Traits and Competencies:

Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Open to feedback and able to incorporate it positively.
Committed to long-term involvement and building trusting relationships.
Willingness to go above and beyond to support the varied and complex needs of our families.
A growth mindset with a passion for making a significant impact on the lives of the families we support.
Positive risk taking and reducing excessive restrictions to enhance the quality of life for those in care.
A proactive communicator dedicated to high-quality, compassionate, and person-centered care.
What We Offer:
Fair Pay: We offer fair remuneration that reflects the quality and dedication you bring to your role.
Professional Development: Enhance your skills through access to specialized training, including PROACT-SCIPr-UK®, tailored to support your professional growth.
