Summary

Rapid Response Cleaner (Mobile)

Location: Bromley (and surrounding areas)

Hours of work: 40

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

In this role as Rapid Response Cleaner, you will be guaranteed 40 hours per week covering a large area with significant amount of driving each day.

This role will offer flexibility in scheduling to help balance work and personal commitments.

You’ll be equipped with brand-new tools and modern cleaning methods, plus a company van and fuel card for business use, along with a uniform, mobile phone, and PPE to help you work safely and efficiently.

Job Description

As a Rapid Response Cleaner, you will play a vital role in supporting the business across all aspects of self-delivered activities within the aligned UK sector.

Working alongside both direct and indirect account teams, you’ll help ensure effective service delivery and frontline compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Provide BAU cover for cleaners’ absence, carrying out standard site cleaning
Handle reactive jobs from the help desk, such as spillages or sickness clean-ups, prioritised by urgency
Work from the weekly planned schedule, but adjust for reactive tasks
Receive training in Pure Space cleaning methods and equipment, including backpack vacuums and van kits
Significant driving is required and must be understood before starting

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Cleaning experience not essential – backgrounds such as care, nurseries, or warehouses welcome
Training is provided with a focus on new working methods
Adaptable and ready to work rather than fixed in existing cleaning habits
Able to pass BPSS checks
UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
Resident in the UK for the past five years
