Job title: Salesforce Consultant
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to design, configure, and develop scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex/Lightning development, system integration, and end-to-end Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customise Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data mapping activities.
Design and implement workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and process automation using Flow.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.
Provide technical documentation and user training.
Required Skills & Experience:
4–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation.
Proficiency in Salesforce security, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
Experience with MuleSoft and other integration frameworks.
Knowledge of Salesforce data models, SOQL, and SOSL queries.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
Understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies.
Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, or similar version control systems.
Certifications (Preferred):
Salesforce Certified Administrator – Mandatory.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
MuleSoft Certified Developer (if applicable).
