Summary

Our property management firm is looking for an Accounts Manager to handle financial tasks for our client accounts. The role involves managing daily financial records and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reconciling customer payments and resolving any payment discrepancies.

Recording and processing all supplier invoices.

Generating and issuing customer bills, including rent and service charge invoices and statements statements.

Responding to customer inquiries regarding billing and account statements.

Assisting with the preparation of financial reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping position.

Good understanding of accounting principles.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks.

Competent with standard office software.
