The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through every step of the buying process—from first enquiry to handing over the keys—delivering an exceptional, tailored experience every time.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs
• Presenting and demonstrating vehicles with enthusiasm and product knowledge
• Managing the sales process to achieve and exceed targets
• Ensuring every customer leaves delighted with their purchase
What’s on Offer
• Basic salary: £15,600 per annum
• On-target earnings: £45,000+ based on achievable sales targets
• Guaranteed commission for first 6 months – equivalent to £30,000pa
• Fully expensed company vehicle
• 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
• Free onsite parking
• Structured training and ongoing development
• Supportive team environment with genuine career progression opportunities
What We’re Looking For
• Previous motor trade sales experience is essential
• A valid UK driving licence (max 6 points, no bans)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
Hours:
• Mon–Fri: 08:30–18:00 (1 day off each week)
• Sat: 08:30–17:00
• Sun: 10:00–16:00 (on a rota, approx. 1 in 3/4)
