Summary

Responsibilities:
General reception duties including handling incoming calls, greeting guest, meeting room booking coordination.
Arrange collection of outgoing & incoming documents and distribute to relevant person.
Ordering materials.
Check the invoice, arrange payment, data input to SAP system, and keep the billing records accurately.
Monitor the usage of stationeries and office supplies, place orders when necessary
Keep reception area neat & tidy.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or other departments, such as assists in organizing and distributing materials, stock taking and etc.
Some outdoor works if necessary.
