Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Advisor to join our team, supporting HR operations across multiple retail locations throughout the UK.
This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and fostering a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance to store managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, absence management, and performance issues
Oversee recruitment activities: draft and post job advertisements, screen CVs, and coordinate interview logistics
Lead onboarding processes and induction programmes, maintaining accurate employee documentation
Verify timekeeping records to support payroll processing
Monitor and analyse workforce trends, including turnover, absenteeism, and diversity metrics; present findings to senior management with strategic recommendations
Coordinate annual performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives
Serve as the primary HR contact for staff, resolving routine queries and minor employment issues
Ensure consistent compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practices across all sites
Maintain confidentiality and precision in all HR functions, supporting a cohesive multi-site operation

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Ability to manage priorities across multiple locations
