Summary
Children's Registered Nurse with the NMC (RSCN/RCN) Teaching and assessing qualification/ Practice educator and assessor preparation (PEAP) or equivalent Evidence of continuing professional development. Experience of leading innovation and change Experience of clinical teaching and/or supporting student/ learners in practice Recent evidence of developing healthcare practice within the clinical setting. Expert knowledge and understanding of learner roles An understanding of own development and training needs Trust vision, values, strategic objective and key work programmes Knowledge of related local and national policy and guidelines
