Summary

Create Music is looking for an experienced administrator to support the delivery of our varied programme of high quality music activities across Brighton & Hove and East Sussex including the Instrumental Tuition programme, Music Centre and Classroom Instrumental Lessons. 
Do you have an excellent phone manner and a passion for quality customer service?

As an Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for the organisation. You will need the ability to organise and prioritise your work effectively as part of a busy administration team, working within an educational framework.

For this role, you will have excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft 365, to answer queries from parents, schools and partner organisations over the phone and via email.
You will need accuracy to maintain a bespoke database of records, activities and ledgers (training for which will be provided).
