Covers all administrative aspects of the service including delivery of a reception service, managing incoming referrals, booking patient appointments, working with clinicians and resolving queries. In addition, and central to the SPCA role, the successful candidate will work as part of a 3-person SPCA team who will share the day-to-day supervision of a team of Patient Care Advisers (whose role is to be the first point of contact for the people we serve), including work planning, workload management, line management and supervision.
