Are you ready to be at the center of the stage?
As a Duty Manager you will lead the team to deliver unforgettable service to our guests and ensure every visit is nothing but brilliant. This position will suit an individual who has proven track record in similar role within hospitality sector.
On the shift you will direct the show:
- Create a welcoming and immersive atmosphere,
- Inspire and motivate our talented team of cinema enthusiasts,
- Deliver dazzling performance,
- Handle guests inquiries, deal with challenges in a professional manner,
- Collaborate with management in an open and transparent way to ensure the smooth running of service and the ability to build a rapport easily
- Can work autonomously and within the team,
- Thrives in a busy, high-volume, high-energy environment and juggling multiple tasks like a pro,
