Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Facilities Support / Recptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you will play a key role in delivering a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their visit. Your contribution will be essential in creating a positive atmosphere and enhancing the overall visitor experience.
This is a temporary position with an immediate start for the successful candidate.
Key Duties
Monday to Friday cover, 8:00am – 5:30pm (including opening duties and liaising with the cleaner at close).
General office upkeep, maintaining kitchen supplies, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing ad hoc support to the team.
Building positive relationships with staff and visitors through a confident, approachable, and friendly manner.
Requirements
Previous customer service experience, ideally within the corperate industry.
Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
