Summary
Lead Chef – Victoria, London
£40,000 | Monday to Friday | Small Team | 100/150 covers daily
We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Lead Chef to run our small but busy kitchen near Victoria Station.
The role:
Lead a team
Deliver 100/150 plates per day
Monday to Friday – no weekends
Full responsibility for daily kitchen operations

Experienced chef with strong leadership skills
Organised, calm under pressure, and detail-focused
A team player who can motivate and inspire others
