Members of the Administrator/Secretarial Team are responsible for: producing letters and reports to a high standard referring patients to secondary care collating information for Subject Access Reports preparing patient information leaflets scanning information into patient records reviewing existing and incoming patient records Producing an accurate electronic summary of the patients medical history processing registrations and deductions, liaising with patients when required, in accordance with practice policies and NHS guideline coding diagnosis, interventions and events update patients records with screening and other results, highlighting abnormal results to the clinical team providing administrative support to the whole practice team Your job description will include some or all of the above
