Manor Farm is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team for soft fruit picking and packing. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

We can only offer work to people who are 'allowed to work' in the UK. You will need to provide a Gov.uk 'Share code' with your application. Legal Workers only.
The job is only seasonal and we don't have work beyond middle of October, this is NOT a long term contract.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Picking:** Carefully pick a variety of soft fruits, following quality standards to ensure minimal damage.
* **Packing:** Pack fruits into punnets and boxes according to specific instructions.
* **Quality Control:** Help maintain the quality of the produce by identifying and removing any damaged or unsuitable fruit.
**Hours and Pay**
* **Hours:** 6am - 3pm, with a total of one hour for breaks. This includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks (one in the morning, one in the afternoon).
* **Pay:** You will be paid the National Minimum Wage.
* **Breaks:** A designated area is provided for eating and resting. Please bring your own lunch and plenty of fresh water, especially on warm days.
**Requirements**
* **Physical Fitness:** The job involves prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting. You must be able to perform these tasks in all weather conditions.
* **Reliability:** Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
* **Transport:** **Own transport is required** as we cannot provide transportation to or from the farm.
* **Accommodation:** **Please note that accommodation is not provided.**
* **Clothing:** You are responsible for bringing your own comfortable clothing suitable for working outdoors.
