Summary
We are currently seeking a self motivated Manufacturing Operative to join our client based in Aylesford
Duties :
- Coiling and wrapping flexible liner.
- Packaging and labelling stock for both internal and external distribution.
- Assisting in the loading and unloading of vans/lorries.
- Contributing to ensuring order fulfilments are complete within the allocated time frames
- Maintaining a tidy and functional production area.
- Performing other duties as required.
Desired skills:
- Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
- Comfortable performing manual tasks and using manual handling equipment.
- No previous manufacturing experience necessary, although it would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all departments
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
working hours:
- Immediate start available
- Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Support the team in working a quantity of Saturdays during the busy season (October to December) for additional pay.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Salary: £12.50 per hour.
