Quantity Surveyor (Painting & Refurbishment) - South London
Location: Epsom
Salary: £66,538 incl. car allowance

A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their South London team, specialising in cyclical painting, decorating, and planned refurbishment works. This role comes with a stable pipeline of work across commercial property, education, and social housing sectors.
The Role:
- Manage projects up to £2m from tender through to final account
- Take commercial ownership, including estimating, measurements, cost control, and valuations
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in a similar commercial role (painting/refurbishment experience desirable)
- Strong client-facing and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deliver results
