Job title: Locality Manager - East
A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Locality Manager - East to join our Association. The Locality Manager – East will be based in our offices in the East such as Derbyshire and South Yorkshire.

Purpose of the role
- To contribute to the strategic and operational management of Adullam Services in line with corporate aims and objectives whilst managing the requirements under the regulatory bodies for supported housing.
- Working with the Head of Support Services and the Business Development manager to develop and grow services within your area.
- To monitor the achievement of performance of service specification and SEA related KPIs and report regularly against targets/objectives detailed in the service contract/ specification or Team & Business Plan.
- Build a team culture of empowerment, as per our people pledge.
