Summary

We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Liverpool. About the role:

As a Teaching Assistant working with Randstad Education, your role may vary depending on the school and assignment. Duties typically include:

  • Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs

  • Helping to create a positive and stimulating learning environment

  • Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to teaching staff

  • Supporting children with their social and emotional development

  • Assisting with administrative tasks and classroom organisation

About you:

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

  • Passionate about working with children and young people

  • Reliable, adaptable, and proactive

  • Able to build positive relationships with both pupils and staff

  • Confident in supporting learning across a range of subjects and age groups

  • Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or have one on the Update Service)

Previous classroom experience is highly desirable, but we also welcome applications from newly qualified TAs or those looking to return to education after a career break.
