Summary
Position: Registered Manager – Residential Care Home
Location: Near Chatham, Kent
Salary: £45,000 + 10% Performance Bonus
Hours: Full Time | Monday to Friday

I am seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Manager to take the lead at one of their small residential homes near Chatham, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit team and make a real difference in the lives of those we support.
What I am Looking For:
A Registered Manager with a proven track record in turning homes around
Or A strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step
Experience in complex care (preferred)
Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
Strong budget management and auditing skills
Effective leadership with the ability to inspire and manage a team
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
The Role:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the home
Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance
Manage budgets, audits, and quality assurance
Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external agencies
Drive improvement and maintain excellent CQC outcomes
