Summary

The Lead Community Sports Hubs Coordinator post provides a fantastic opportunity to continue building the Community Sport Hubs (CSH) programme within Aberdeen City.
With a reputation for delivering targeted projects that address community needs, this post provides will lead a small team tasked with expanding existing provision and developing new projects across the city hubs network. We’re looking for a real people person, one that can build and maintain positive relationships with those involved in the CSH network (and other key partners) who also has a strong track record in recruiting and supporting volunteers.
Developing an ethos and opportunities around equality, diversity and inclusion for CSH’s will be a huge part of this role. So, we need someone that understands this, how sport and physical activity can be used to positively change people’s lives and goes the extra mile to make sure that we are making a difference.
