The Best Connection is a recruitment agency, and this position is being offered on a Temporary basis.
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Machine Operatives to assist our client in Eastbourne. This role involves operating various machinery to produce and manufacture books, as well as performing general warehouse duties. Ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

You will also be required to:
- Operate machinery used in the production and binding of books
- Monitor and maintain machine performance to ensure quality output
- Assist with general warehouse duties including packing, stacking, and inventory management
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)
For this position you will need:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience is not required.
- Access to a device to complete an online application.
This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern:
(Mornings) Monday To Friday: 06:00 - 14:00
(Evenings) Monday To Friday: 14:00 - 22:00
(Nights) - Sunday To Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00
Please not that you must be able to work all shift patterns.
