Rate 44.1 to 44.10

Are you an ONC qualified EC&I Commissioning Technician?
Have you had experience commissioning on a nuclear licensed site?
Would you be interested in working on an exciting nuclear project?
If so, we have an exciting new opportunity for an EC&I Commissioning Technician to be based at our clients premises in West Cumbria.

Your duties and responsibilities will be
The Commissioning Technician reports to the Commissioning Engineer. The Commissioning Technician will not have commissioning personnel reporting to them.

The Commissioning Technician is responsible for:

Ensuring Safety is the highest priority on the project with a continued strive towards Zero Harm, the candidate will ensure that they are a role model for all aspects of safety, ensuring a proactive approach to nuclear, radiological, conventional and environmental safety.
Carrying out all testing activities throughout all stages of commissioning.
Contributing to the production of test documentation.
Contributing to the initiation and implementation of FOBs and TQs.
Performing testing activities for witnessing by third parties.
Application and removal of Temporary Commissioning Aids.
Contributing to the recording of supporting data in accordance with test requirements
Ability to utilise completions management systems to manage commissioning activities.
Ability to perform commissioning work against a project schedule.
Ability to take part in multi discipline design reviews and work with the engineering team.
