About the RoleReporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of skilled staff, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. You will encourage a collaborative team culture, deliver high-quality output, and help identify and resolve any production challenges.
- Salary: £40,000 per annum.
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
- Bonus: Performance-related bonus available.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a production team.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

- Conduct performance reviews and support team skill development.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership or production management role.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to drive a performance-focused culture.
- Excellent IT skills (production scheduling, reporting, etc.).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
