Your New Job
You will be working as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant within a supportive secondary school environment. This role involves working closely with students who have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You will support students both in and out of the classroom, helping them access the curriculum, develop social skills, and build confidence. The role may include one-to-one support, small group interventions, and collaboration with teaching staff and external professionals.
