About the Role
KAIBEN Global Logistics Ltd is hiring dependable and experienced multi-drop delivery drivers to join our team. You will represent one of the UK’s most reputable parcel delivery services. This is a self-employed position where you’re paid per successful delivery, and we provide the van, fuel, and insurance, so you can focus on earning.
Earning Potential
Pay is £1 per successful stop
Most drivers complete 100–150 stops per day
Example: 120 stops = £120/day
Paid weekly (Fridays, 2 weeks in arrears)
What We Provide
Company van – fully insured, maintained, and ready to go
Fuel included
Commercial insurance covered
Training and support – including system setup and shadowing if needed
Consistent routes and parcel volumes
Responsibilities
Deliver 100+ parcels per day in and around South East London
Use a company-provided device to scan and track deliveries
Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service
Operate safely and responsibly in urban traffic
Requirements
Must hold a UK manual driving licence
Minimum 1 year of driving experience
Experience with multi-drop parcel delivery (up to 150 stops/day preferred)
Comfortable driving in South East London, including congestion charge zones
No criminal record (mandatory)
Confident using a mobile app or handheld device for navigation and parcel scanning
Required Documents:
DBS certificate or application reference email
Driving licence (front and back)
Right to Work share code
Proof of National Insurance number
DVLA check code (PDF from: gov.uk/view-driving-licence)
Ideal Candidates
Physically fit and able to handle parcels
Dependable and punctual
Knowledge of London roads and traffic patterns
Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
