Summary
We are looking for someone to join our Product Build Team, working on the website of an online sportswear company selling all over the world. This is a starting role and the successful candidate will be office-based working Monday to Friday (8.30am to 4.30pm).
Key Tasks.
Adding new products to the website. This includes researching new products, writing descriptions and highlighting key features. Product imagery also needs to be sourced, edited, and optimised using Adobe Photoshop to meet brand and site standards.
A meticulous eye for detail is essential for this role. We are the industry leaders in providing thorough technical information about our products. This level of detail enables our customers to make the most informed decision when purchasing online, creating a positive experience when purchasing from us and in turn helping to reduce our returns rate.
The role may also include some product photography. This involves shooting products in our own studio and editing, retouching, and resizing images to meet our own predefined standards to enhance visual appeal across site.
Secondary Tasks may involve:
Creating gift vouchers using Adobe InDesign for our partners and race organisers.
Analysing Gait Analysis videos sent by customers, providing feedback and suggesting a number of suitable shoe options.
Monitoring our customer review platform.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
A desire to keep up to date with the latest products and technologies across the industry.
