What you’ll be doing:

Ensuring all estimates are meticulously prepared, accurately reflecting project scope to minimise errors and avoid cost overruns, helping us deliver projects on time and on budget.
Identifying opportunities to reduce costs through smart resource use, efficient subcontractor management, and strategic procurement, all while maintaining quality and timelines.
Leveraging your estimating expertise, client relationships, and market knowledge to drive profitability by securing competitive bids, optimising resources, and maximising revenue opportunities.
What we’re looking for:

Someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering accurate, high-quality estimates.
A strategic thinker who can identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or deadlines.
A proactive team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Experience in highways or engineering estimating (or related fields) is highly desirable.
