Summary
Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Burntisland (Office Based)
Pay: £13-£14p/h
Job Type: Full-Time, 6-Week Fixed-Term Contract
Duration: 6 weeks initially
Hours: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) 40 hours per week
We are currently recruiting a Temporary Administrator to support a personnel file audit project based on-site in Burntisland. This is a fixed-term role for 6 weeks, ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and auditing personnel files to ensure they are complete and compliant
- Identifying and flagging any missing or inconsistent documentation
- Organising, scanning, and archiving records
- Always maintaining confidentiality and data protection
- Liaising with internal teams as required for file updates or clarification
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in HR or compliance
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Confidentiality and professionalism essential
