The Chef Manager will take responsibility for organising and overseeing all aspects of the catering operation, with a focus on strategic planning to drive growth and profitability.

This is an exciting opportunity to join ISS on a brand-new contract and make a real impact from day one.

Job Description

As Chef Manager, you will supervise and control all meal production, ensuring it is delivered within budgetary guidelines and in full compliance with client requirements, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Your leadership will be key to delivering high-quality catering while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Seek and secure new business opportunities
Produce high-quality food using modern techniques and trends
Plan, coordinate, and order all food requirements in line with budgets and policies
Build and maintain strong client relationships, selling new initiatives
Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure consistent service standards
Maintain accurate financial, payroll, and training records
Ensure kitchen areas are clean, safe, and compliant at all times

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in contract catering preferred
Ability to manage a small team
Strong administrative and paperwork skills
Food Safety knowledge and compliance
