We’re seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our established and forward-thinking team in Bolton. You’ll play a key role in assessing vehicle damage, producing precise repair estimates, and supporting the smooth progression of claims from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections and produce accurate repair estimates using Audatex and Glassmatix
Manage total loss assessments and liaise with insurers, repairers, and customers
Negotiate with repair networks to ensure cost-effective and timely solutions
Maintain compliance with industry and regulatory standards
Provide excellent communication and updates throughout the claims process
What We’re Looking For
Recognized qualification: ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP
Proficiency in Audatex and Glassmatix systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Proven track record in vehicle damage assessment and estimating
