Summary

Ensure that the practice complies with its responsibilities in respect of regulations such as Data Protection, Fire, Health and Safety, Infection Control and Significant Events Analysis. Oversee the maintenance of the equipment and premises, organising calibrations, repairs and general upkeep of the premises and grounds. Complaints management, including investigating and responding to complaints and he annual return. Maintaining the practice website and patient communications both on line and in practice. Responsible for Data Protection related policies, DPIA and completing the annual return. Supporting the HR manager and Patient Adviser Manager in undertaking their duties and covering them in their absence. Ordering of various supplies as and when needed. Attending various meetings as needed including the monthly clinical meeting for which you will take minutes and produce agendas for. Supporting the Managing Partner with the scheduling of clinics, including ad hoc, campaigns, external providers and the room scheduling associated with this. Delivering against objectives and strategy set by the Partnership. Other duties as needed when and if trained to do so.
