Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

To undertake duties connected with the removal of domestic, commercial and industrial
refuse from all types of locations by working as part of a team to carry out waste collection.

To undertake driving duties involving non LGV refuse collection vehicles, recycling, street
cleaning and other waste management vehicles. To be responsible for vehicle and crew on a daily basis.

The grade of this post is Level 4 plus a Non Core (5%).

The work style for this post is Frontline worker.

The work pattern is:

  • Monday 0545 - 1400 Friday 0545 - 1330 Saturday 0600 - 1800 Sunday 0600 - 1800
  • Monday 1345 - 2200 Friday 1315 - 2100 Saturday 0600 - 1800 Sunday 0600 - 1800
  • Days off Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Shift work alternate weeks
