Summary
Multi Trader - London
Location: London (Various Sites)
Salary: £22-£24 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of general building maintenance and repair tasks
- Perform works including (but not limited to): carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, plastering, tiling, and basic electrical tasks
- Diagnose and fix issues on-site efficiently and professionally
- Work independently or as part of a team across multiple sites
- Ensure all work is completed to health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications (preferred but not essential)
- Strong knowledge across multiple trades
- Own tools and transport (preferred)
- CSCS card
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
