Summary

Grounds CleanerCoventry - Full TimeWe're looking for a dedicated Grounds Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas at the University of Coventry & Warwick Hospital as part of our client's FM team. This is an important role that helps create a welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.You'll be responsible for keeping paths, entrances, car parks, and green spaces clean and tidy, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation across the hospital grounds.Key Responsibilities

  • Sweeping, litter picking, and general cleaning of outdoor areas
  • Emptying and sanitising external bins
  • Clearing leaves, debris, and snow when required
  • Reporting any hazards or maintenance issues
  • Supporting the wider facilities team when needed
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

  • A reliable and hardworking attitude
  • Good awareness of health and safety
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Previous cleaning or grounds maintenance experience (desirable but not essential)
