Summary

ARC Recruitment are working with reputable Groundworks contractor who are seeking a Site Manager to oversee a Groundworks project starting ASAP. The successful candidate will have experience managing and working on groundworks projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of groundworks, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage Groundworkers that they adhere to the project schedule and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time and in good condition.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the project, including design changes, disputes with subcontractors, and delays.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in managing and working as a Groundworks Site Manager from start to finish.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial build projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software..

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• 3 Day First Aid
• CSCS Card
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: up to £65K plus package
