Summary
As a deputy ward manager you will be responsible for: taking a lead on clinical issues and safeguarding concerns. supporting a positive and professional working environment that supports the team and our patients ongoing recovery. encouraging the development of staff, helping them to identify and build on their unique strengths and address any gaps in knowledge, skills or experience so they can reach their full potential. be a reflective and supportive leader, engaging in ongoing development and support. be a positive and proactive role model, advocating for positive change and supporting the team through challenging times, taking a solutions focused approach. Direct line management, including Annual Appraisal, Regular Management supervision, oversite of staff training compliance and continual development needs of a subset of the team staffing establishment.
