Summary
Event Security Guard – Join the Route 2 Secure Team
Locations: Across the UK North & South
Shifts: Flexible – Evenings, Weekends, Big Events
Reporting to: Team Leader / Ops Manager

✅What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping an eye on crowds and making sure everyone’s safe
- Checking tickets, IDs, and bags at entrances
- Helping guests with directions or info – being approachable and helpful
- Spotting and dealing with any trouble before it escalates
- Working with other team members and emergency services if needed
- Writing up quick reports if anything happens
- Representing Route 2 Secure with pride – uniform on, attitude switched on
✅ What You’ll Need
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- A good attitude and solid communication skills
- Able to stay calm and confident in busy environments
- Physically fit – you’ll be on your feet a lot
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and sometimes long shifts
- Smart appearance – we’ll provide the uniform, you bring the professionalism

- First Aid training
- Experience at events or venues
- Good at handling conflict
